Can I order using my SSS Australia account?

Yes. See SSS Australia Customers page. 

How long will my order take to ship?

During regular demand, your order will ship next day. In peak demand, this can be delayed by multiple days. We will endeavour to update you should we be experiencing delays in your order. 

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $500, domestically within Australia are FREE.
Orders $0.01-$499, domestically within Australia are $15.
If you are outside of Australia, please contact us for a shipping quote. 

When will I receive my order?

That depends on where you live, the kind of products you order, and when you place your order. Unless there are strange circumstances, you will receive your order within 7-10 business days. 

Can I pick up my order?

No, unfortunately our distribution center is not set up for order collection. If you need something urgently, please let us know - our courier partners can accommodate most delivery requests.
